United Security Solutions of America is presently interviewing for the position of HR Coordinator in the Clearwater Florida Area.

We are presently looking for independent, well rounded, goal driven, and dependable HR Coordinator.
Position requires the HR Coordinator to be a conceptual thinker with remarkable organizational and time management skills. As well as have excellent administrative and computer skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
HR Coordinator must have strong problem solving and decision making skills with a profound understanding of employee relationships, staffing management and if needed payroll.
HR Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Must answer the phone and have exceptional customer service skills.
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing background checks, driving record, and reference.
- Preform all on boarding with new employees
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Perform orientations with new staff and maintain all records.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Assist with payroll and scheduling.
- Additional duties as assigned by senior staff.
HR Coordinator Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in human resources or experience in related field (preferred).
- PHR certificates (preferred)
- 2 years of experience as an HR coordinator (essential).
- People management skills and experience.
- Understanding HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in fast paced environment and meets deadlines.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, email and related business and communication tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
