Pharmacy Data Entry Technician – United Scripts LTC LLC

United Scripts is a closed-door pharmacy, where our focus is on fulfilling the pharmaceutical needs of long-term care and senior living communities. We proudly serve 80 facilities across the bi-state area, offering a professional, non-retail pharmacy environment.

We are currently hiring for two full-time Pharmacy Data Entry Technician positions.

Position 1:

• Monday–Friday: 9AM-530PM
• One evening a week: 12PM-830PM
• Weekend Rotation: Every 5th–6th weekend (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Holiday Rotation: 1 summer holiday shift 1 winter holiday shift

Position 2:

• Monday–Friday: 11AM-730PM
• One evening a week: 12PM-830PM
• Weekend Rotation: Every 5th–6th weekend (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Holiday Rotation: 1 summer holiday shift 1 winter holiday shift

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately triage, interpret, and process orders into the pharmacy computer system while meeting productivity and quality standards.
• Ensure orders are processed on time and meet delivery deadlines.
• Perform drug and dosage calculations with accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist with drug preparation and dispensing under pharmacist supervision.
• Support the pharmacy team by completing additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of pharmacy or healthcare-related experience required.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy math, brand/generic medications, medical terminology, and computer systems.
• Detail-oriented, team player with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships with both customers and coworkers.
• Missouri Pharmacy Technician License (or willingness to obtain before starting).
