What You’ll Do
- Advocate for policyholders throughout the claims process
- Evaluate property damage and review estimates/documentation
- Develop accurate claim valuations and strategies
- Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers
- Guide clients through complex claims with clarity and confidence
- Work alongside experienced public adjusters
- Obtain your Public Adjuster license (fully sponsored by UPA)

What We’re Seeking
- Proven experience managing Property & Casualty (P&C) claims, either with a carrier or as an independent adjuster
- In-depth understanding of property claims and policy coverage analysis
- CPCU designation Ideal
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Driven to succeed in a client-centered environment
