Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator to support a fast-paced public adjusting firm. This role operates with minimal supervision, so accountability, follow-through, and personal responsibility are critical to success.
This is not a passive administrative role—we are looking for someone who takes initiative, stays ahead of tasks, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize client files, claim documents, and internal records
- Track claims, deadlines, and follow-ups proactively
- Coordinate schedules and assist adjusters with daily workflow
- Communicate professionally with clients, insurance companies, and vendors
- Maintain and improve office systems, organization, and processes
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail (accuracy is critical in this role)
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Comfortable with technology (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Docusign,CRM systems)
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
