Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Engineer role located in Miami, FL. The Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components. The role involves performing routine maintenance, addressing service requests from tenants, and ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations. The Engineer will work closely with the property management team to ensure properties are efficiently maintained for residents' comfort and safety.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems maintenance and repair
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with technical and maintenance equipment
- Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in property management
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for coordinating with property management and tenants
- Relevant certifications or training in engineering, maintenance, or technical fields is an advantage
- Experience in property management or residential building maintenance is highly preferred
