What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain AI applications using Python and the latest AI frameworks
• Build intelligent agents and automation tools leveraging vector databases and unstructured data
• Collaborate on machine learning model evaluation and iterate for performance
• Participate in code reviews and help uphold best practices
• Document clean, scalable code and technical solutions

Your Technical Background:

• 1-3 years of hands-on Python programming experience with solid software development fundamentals
• Familiarity or interest in LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, and vector databases like ChromaDB or Pinecone
• Experience with prompt engineering and large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source)
• Understanding of model evaluation, overfitting/underfitting, and embeddings

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems and semantic search
• Knowledge of API integrations, microservices, and version control systems
