Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Bradenton, FL, focused on selling technology automation and AI solutions. The Sales Executive will prospect and qualify leads, build and manage a sales pipeline, and conduct discovery calls to understand client processes, pain points, and automation opportunities. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering product demos and presentations, developing proposals and pricing, and negotiating and closing contracts in collaboration with technical and delivery teams. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, tracking sales activities in a CRM, and providing feedback to internal teams on market trends and customer needs. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with marketing on campaigns, attend industry events when needed, and consistently work toward meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including the ability to explain complex technology concepts in clear, business-focused language.
- Comfort with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic sales analytics to manage pipeline and forecast accurately.
- Familiarity with automation, integration, intelligent automation, or AI consulting services is highly preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Bradenton, FL, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage time and priorities independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
