About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manufacturing Engineer to support pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities with a focus on utility systems, facilities engineering, and cGMP compliance. This role will lead critical engineering initiatives to improve system reliability, reduce downtime, and support 24/7 production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support utility and facilities engineering activities in a pharma manufacturing environment
• Manage systems including HVAC, chilled water, steam, compressed air, and process gases
• Develop and review P&IDs, equipment specifications, and engineering calculations
• Support capital projects including design, installation, commissioning, and qualification
• Perform root cause analysis and implement reliability improvements
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and project teams to ensure efficient facility performance.
Qualifications:
• 8 years of facilities or manufacturing engineering experience
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience required
• Strong AutoCAD and P&ID expertise
• Knowledge of cGMP, FDA/EMA guidelines, and regulated engineering standards
• Experience with utility upgrades, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
