About the Job:
We are seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to support API pharmaceutical manufacturing operations and plant-floor process improvement initiatives. This role will work directly with manufacturing teams to provide real-time troubleshooting, process support, and operational improvements within a GMP-regulated production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily manufacturing floor support for API and batch processing operations.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues during active production campaigns.
• Drive yield improvement, cycle time reduction, and process optimization projects.
• Support manufacturing investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Perform continued process verification and monitor process performance metrics.
• Execute functional testing and support IQ/OQ activities for automation systems, including Rockwell FactoryTalk platforms.
• Assist with HMI verification, process controls, and operational readiness activities.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to resolve. .production challenges.
• Support special projects focused on efficiency, reliability, and manufacturing performance.
Preferred Experience:
• Strong pharmaceutical manufacturing or API process engineering background.
• Experience supporting manufacturing shift operations in GMP environments.
• Hands-on plant-floor troubleshooting and process ownership experience.
• Familiarity with Rockwell FactoryTalk, automation systems, and HMI validation.
• Experience with process optimization, investigations, and operational support.
