Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to support engineering projects within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for project planning, development, implementation, and modifications.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of engineering standards and practices.
- Conduct research and evaluation of new technologies to support project goals.
- Apply independent judgment to resolve complex engineering challenges and select optimal solutions.
- Execute assignments involving multiple variables and complex objectives.
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with user requirements, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Identify, address, and escalate project risks, issues, and roadblocks as needed.
- Maintain compliance with all assigned training and organizational requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or related field).
- Experience working within a GMP manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in biopharmaceutical processes, including:
- Cell Culture
- Purification
- Utility Systems
- Prior experience supporting projects in pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
