The United Pentecostal Church International is currently recruiting for the position of Administrative Associate II within Youth Ministries. The purpose of this position is to assist the Youth Ministries Office Staff with administrative needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.
- Oversee database updates: Breeze, Constant Contact & Outlook.
- Apostolic Youth Corps Support:
- Breeze Applications, reference forms, and attendee profiles.
- Website Auditing.
- Social Media Auditing & Facebook follow-up.
- Online Tools (assist):
- Wufoo survey and Eventbrite set-up.
- Onsite Meetings:
- Room prep/set-up (assist).
- Gift bags for guests (assist).
- Assist Admin Aides and Executive Assistants with projects.
- Assists with:
- CMI Awakening, Bible Quizzing Needs, Hyphen Conference, Midwinter Meetings, Educate and Engage Conference, North American Youth Congress.
- Assist with:
- Processing receivable offerings and registrations, and payable Youth Ministries reimbursements and invoices.
- Collecting W9s from vendors as requested by accounts payable.
- Preparing hotel rooming list for Youth Ministries meetings and events.
- Miscellaneous assignments from Executives.
Minimum Training and Experience Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Knowledge of financial terminology.
- Ability to work in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Salary : $17 - $25
