Job Description: Job Summary Are you a recent master’s graduate ready to shape the future of HR at a global scale? UPS is seeking bold, analytical thinkers to join our HR Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) – a dynamic, 3-year rotational experience designed to fast-track your career in human resources management. In this program, you will dive into high-impact projects that drive innovation, elevate organizational performance, and champion a culture of inclusion and excellence. You will rotate through core HR functions – like Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, or HR Services– while gaining exposure to senior leaders and building a powerful network across the enterprise. Responsibilities and Duties Analyzes HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement Champions automation and technology solutions to enhance HR operations Leverages AI and emerging technologies to support strategic HR initiatives Leads and supports HR operations and COEs, ensuring alignment with company policies, procedures, and strategic goals Partners with business leaders to identify workforce needs and implement talent strategies Manages complex employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality Collaborates cross-functionally to support change management and organizational development initiatives Demonstrates ability to navigate ambiguity and apply advanced problem-solving skills to drive clarity, make informed decisions, and deliver effective solutions in complex situations Knowledge and Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; experience with HR data and reporting tools, including familiarity with AI tools used in HR (e.g., Workday, Qualtrics, Pymetrics, etc.) Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new information and apply knowledge Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop others Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS systems preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Commitment to continuous learning and professional development BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Must have completed a master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Analytics, Health & Safety, Philanthropy and Non-Profit Leadership, or related field required no later than December 2025.
