Position Description

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and knowledge of security systems and office software.
Key Responsibilities:
Access and Asset Management:
- Issue card access and office keys to individuals as needed.
- Maintain and assist with auditing key inventory (issuance and turn-ins).
- Process new hires, issue ID badges, and issue vehicle tags as needed.
- Maintain access waivers for the fitness center.
- Process and monitor visitor requests for access to facilities using Splan.
- Perform routine card access personnel validation.
- Maintain assets inventory.
- Monitor video surveillance and card access systems. Report outages to the Facility & Security Systems Specialist.
- Assist the facility coordinator with conference room reservations and setups.
- Coordinate with other UNOS admins on special functions.
- Pull miscellaneous reports for the Facility Manager using Prowatch and Splan.
- Assist with daily mailroom activities
- Monitor employee moves and update seating chart information as needed.
- Support fire, shelter-in-place, and earthquake drills.
- Interface with security guards and report issues to the Manager, Facilities and Security.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
5 years of commercial building facility administration or physical security and/or safety experience required
Critical Skills
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- General knowledge of Windows Operating System and familiarity with Internet access.
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Knowledge of AutoCad, CCTV, and Physical Access Control Systems (ePACS) is a plus.

Physical Requirements
- General office demands.
- Ability to lift and move supplies and equipment as needed.
- May need to respond to facility and security incidents outside of regular business hours as needed.
