The base hourly rate for this role is $24.50-$36.75. Note that hourly rate may vary based on location, skills, and experience and may vary from the amounts listed above. This position may also be eligible for a variable bonus in addition to base hourly rate as well as health coverage, paid holidays, and other benefits.

What you’ll be doing (and doing well!):
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments and dispatch technicians to client sites.
- Track and manage work orders, ensuring timely completion and adherence to service standards.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on service requests, estimated arrival times, and status updates.
- Document service activities and maintain detailed records in the service management system.
- Support field technicians by providing information on job requirements, customer preferences, and technical notes.
- Assist the Service Manager in tracking technician availability, skill levels, and certifications to ensure appropriate assignments.
- Handle customer inquiries and escalate any issues to the Service Manager as needed.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
- 2 years of experience in a scheduling, dispatch, or administrative role, preferably in the service or security industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in service management software and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.
