What You'll Do
- Convert inbound leads and live transfers into funded loans
- Consult with borrowers on purchase, refinance, and home-equity opportunities
- Evaluate borrower needs and recommend appropriate mortgage solutions
- Manage a high-volume pipeline from application through closing
- Partner with processing and operations to keep loans moving
- Deliver an exceptional borrower experience while meeting or exceeding production goals
What We're Looking For
- Active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator license
- 1 years of mortgage experience preferred
- Strong phone-based sales and closing skills
- Ability to manage high-volume inbound opportunities
