Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process a pipeline of 40–60 mortgage loans, from submission to closing
- Review and validate borrower documentation, credit reports, income, and assets
- Ensure all loan files are complete, accurate, and compliant with lending and investor guidelines
- Clear underwriting conditions and maintain constant communication with loan officers and underwriters
- Prepare and review Loan Estimates (LEs), Closing Disclosures (CDs), and related documents
- Track file progress through LOS (Salesforce) and lender portals
- Provide top-tier customer service to borrowers throughout the loan process
Job Requirements:
- 2 years of mortgage loan processing experience (retail or broker; wholesale experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and Jumbo loan products
- Proficiency with Salesforce and various lender portals (UWM)
- Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education:
- High school diploma or GED
