Home Care Coordinator
$20 per hour| Part-Time

What you’ll do
- Build and update weekly caregiver schedules, and fill open shifts when a caregiver calls out
- Match caregivers to clients based on each client’s needs, location, and preferred times
- Answer calls from clients and families about new service, schedule changes, and questions
- Help with new client intake and keep client and caregiver records accurate
- Pull together payroll and billing information each pay period
- Help our HR team recruit and onboard new caregivers
- Represent HomeWorks at local community events
What you’ll need
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfort using a computer, phone, and email throughout the day1 year of scheduling experience in home care, home health, senior living, or a medical office
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with home care scheduling software
