What you'll do as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) -
- Provide daily personal care, including hygiene, mobility assistance, and use of adaptive equipment
- Monitor residents' condition, complete skin checks, and promptly report any changes to nursing staff
- Support dining services by assisting with meals while encouraging resident independence
- Accurately document care and communicate resident needs and preferences with the care team
- Take vital signs, record weights, and perform assigned treatments under supervision
- Participate in care planning, team meetings, and ongoing training to support quality care
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements -
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current, valid CNA certification in New Jersey
- Minimum of 6 months of long-term care experience preferred
