About The Role.

You'll work alongside experienced IT staff at our Hackensack headquarters, gaining hands-on experience in help desk operations, equipment deployment, and end-user support in a fast-paced technology company environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and common desktop software
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Korean is must
- Ability to lift and move equipment up to 30 lbs
- Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems
- CompTIA A or equivalent coursework
- Prior IT volunteer or part-time experience
- Assist with incoming help desk calls and manage the ticketing queue, ensuring timely and accurate logging of support requests.
- Support the deployment of new hardware including workstations, laptops, and peripherals across the organization.
- Install software, patches, and rollups on end-user workstations to maintain system security and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with printers, scanners, and copiers, escalating complex problems as needed.
- Assist in gathering and maintaining accurate equipment inventory records across all departments.
