Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage project documentation, meeting notes, and status reports.
- Maintain and update project management software and digital tracking tools.
- Assist in onboarding and training new project team members.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement across the project management function.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Strong computer literacy with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Sharepoint).
- Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, Smartsheet, Fieldwire or similar platforms).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role preferred.
- Project Management certification (CAPM, PMP, or similar) is a plus.
- Office-based role.
- Standard business hours, with flexibility during high-demand project periods.
- Competitive salary: $45,000 - $60,000 (based on experience)
