We are seeking a proactive, "boots-on-the-ground" Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee the physical plant of our 261-unit condominium community in Edmonds. This is not just a desk job—it is a hands-on leadership role that requires a blend of technical skill, administrative organization, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated problem solver who takes pride in the details and enjoys a "service-first" environment. You will be the primary steward of the property, ensuring the safety, aesthetic, and functional integrity of the Common Areas, Amenities, and the Buildings
