Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Weekend Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting daily operations, ensuring exceptional service to our customers, and assisting in the coordination between departments. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and the flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Customer Service Managers with daily operational tasks
- Provide support to the Front Office team as needed
- Coordinate and communicate customer requests, deliveries, and issue resolution
- Assist the Production Team with customer-related needs
- Perform general front-office duties and maintain accurate customer communications
- Facilitate a smooth and efficient workflow between departments
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or administrative support preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Flexible and available to work occasional nights, weekends, and holidays
- Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving skills
Physical Demands:
- Primary work in an office/production environment
- Ability to move within the workspace, sit for extended periods, and respond to verbal and written cues
- Manual dexterity to operate standard office and production equipment
- Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs
Work Schedule:
- Full Time Hours
- Required to work during weekends and/or Holidays, 2 days off on the weekdays.
- On-call availability after business hours

- Office/desk-based role
