Position Summary: 

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Weekend Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting daily operations, ensuring exceptional service to our customers, and assisting in the coordination between departments. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and the flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Customer Service Managers with daily operational tasks

• Provide support to the Front Office team as needed

• Coordinate and communicate customer requests, deliveries, and issue resolution

• Assist the Production Team with customer-related needs

• Perform general front-office duties and maintain accurate customer communications

• Facilitate a smooth and efficient workflow between departments

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or administrative support preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Flexible and available to work occasional nights, weekends, and holidays

• Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving skills

Physical Demands:

• Primary work in an office/production environment

• Ability to move within the workspace, sit for extended periods, and respond to verbal and written cues

• Manual dexterity to operate standard office and production equipment

• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs

Work Schedule:

• Full Time Hours

• Required to work during weekends and/or Holidays, 2 days off on the weekdays.

• On-call availability after business hours

• Office/desk-based role
