About the Role
United Home Care is looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to serve seniors throughout East County San Diego. Whether you're providing companionship or hands-on personal care, you'll make a meaningful impact by helping clients remain safe, independent, and engaged in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
- Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
- Prepare meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration
- Assist with medication reminders
- Help with walking, mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization
- Escort clients to appointments, errands, and community outings
- Engage clients through games, walks, hobbies, and meaningful activities
- Monitor client well-being and report changes to the care team
- Complete accurate daily care documentation

Qualifications- Compassionate, dependable, and patient with a genuine desire to help seniors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable providing companion care and personal care
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance (if driving clients)
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check (HCA) and TB screening
- Ability to travel to client homes throughout East County
- Competitive weekly pay $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
- Flexible schedules that fit your availability (4-6 hour shifts for part-time, and 8-12hr hour shifts for full-time)
