What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance II position at United Helpers?
United Helpers currently has multiple maintenance openings in the Ogdensburg area.
We’re seeking a full-time maintenance worker work as part of our maintenance team at the RiverLedge complex in Ogdensburg.
We're also seeking a part-time maintenance worker for Gateway Apartments in Ogdensburg and the Rensselaer Falls IRA. This position includes 32-hours per week and covers both sites.
Responsibilities will include assisting with the maintenance of facility grounds, vehicles, equipment and the facilities themselves. The ability to assist with general repairs utilizing skills like engine repair, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, painting, and electrical work is beneficial.
Applicants do not need to be skilled in all of these areas, but general knowledge in multiple areas is required.

Salary for this position begins at $18.35 to $20.19 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
