Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize resident apartments, common areas, bathrooms, and offices according to schedule
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces
- Empty trash receptacles and disinfect restrooms
- Wash and dry residents’ clothing per schedule
- Stock housekeeping carts and closets properly
- Follow infection control procedures and Universal Precautions
- Report maintenance issues and hazardous conditions promptly
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Facilities
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to read, write, and follow directions in English
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work under time constraints and maintain professionalism
Physical Demands
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching

Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to:
- Light Work: 20 lbs frequently
- Medium Work: 50 lbs occasionally
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals, dust, and varying temperatures
- Ability to climb, kneel, and perform repetitive motions

Position Summary
The Housekeeper performs cleaning services throughout the Willow Gardens building, ensuring a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
This position is part-time (9-29hrs/week) NON-UNION.
