Key Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering high-quality food and dining experiences.
- Support dietitians in maintaining “inspection-ready” standards.
- Monitor sanitation, safety, and maintenance protocols.
- Maintain positive relationships with residents and families.
- Conduct meal observations, satisfaction surveys, and test trays.
- Ensure staff follow proper serving techniques and dietary guidelines.
- Track resident movements and diet changes before meal ticket printing.
- Lead daily pre-meal meetings and communicate menu details.
- Generate and manage reports (e.g., Geri Menu, thickened liquids, feeding devices).
- Monitor refrigerator temperatures and dining room conditions.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
