Position Overview
Provides personal care and expanded scope of task activities to patients, under the direction of a a Registered Nurse. Provides rehabilitative exercises under the supervision of a Rehabilitation Therapist. Reports to Home Health Aide Supervisor for overall guidance and assignments, and to their assigned Registered Nurse for supervision of patient care.

- HS Diploma/GED and successful completion of Home Health Aide program
- OR
- Current HHA Certification (no HS diploma/GED required if have current HHA certification)
- None
Minimum Required:
- Obtain HHA within 12 months upon completion of HHA program
- Current HHA Certification
