About the Role

As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you will help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Helping clients with bathing, grooming, and dressing

• Assisting with meals and light housekeeping

• Providing companionship and daily support

• Giving medication reminders

• Reporting changes to the care team

• Helping maintain a safe home environment
