- Lead recreational gymnastics classes for children of various ages and skill levels, ensuring activities are fun, safe, and developmentally appropriate
- Monitor participants’ progress, provide constructive feedback, and celebrate achievements to boost confidence and motivation
- Enforce safety protocols and proper use of equipment to maintain a secure environment at all times
- Collaborate with team members to organize special events, competitions, or themed classes that enhance the overall experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym area and equipment before and after classes
- Prior experience in sports coaching, teaching physical education, or working with children in a recreational or educational setting
- Background in gymnastics, dance or cheer is desired, but we will train quality candidates who are excited and eager to learn.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage young participants
- Ability to demonstrate basic skills
