Gymnastics Coach - USAG Team

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Xcel and Compulsory Gymnastics Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong and sports coaching, with the ability to inspire and educate young athletes. This role involves teaching , promoting physical fitness, and ensuring a safe and positive environment for all participants.

We are searching for a great competitive coach who is eager and excited to lead young gymnasts to achieve their dreams of competitive gymnastics. We have a beautiful facility well equipped with all needed for a growing competitive team. Dothan is located in the SouthEast corner of Alabama...only a short distance to the beautiful white sands of Florida. Dothan is a family friendly city full of opportunities for all family dynamics. • Safely and effectively manage groups of athletes, possibly multiple levels simultaneously.
• Providing support to Program Directors to create level specific training plans.
• Communicating effectively with parents regarding skill progress, scheduling, etc.
• Traveling to meets with athletes (Southeast Region).
• Staying up to date on USAG certifications and rules/requirements.

Skills

• Strong background in gymnastics or related sports coaching experience.
• Proficient in behavior management techniques to foster a positive learning environment.
• Excellent positive communication skills to effectively educate and motivate young athletes.

Job Type: Part-time

Base Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
