C2 clearance eligibility is required Team Name: End User Package Deployment and Remediation Services About the End User Services Package Deployment & Remediation Team The End User Services Package Deployment & Remediation Team plays a critical role in ensuring a secure, reliable, and up-to-date technology environment for our organization. As one of five teams within End User Services, this group serves as the execution arm for delivering large-scale software deployments, vulnerability patches, and remediation updates across more than 20,000 endpoints, including workstations and Citrix platforms. With 17 dedicated professionals organized into six specialized work areas, the team collaborates seamlessly to develop, test, and deliver updates that meet stakeholder needs and maintain operational excellence in a complex, diverse environment.Their work is essential to safeguarding our systems and enabling productivity across the enterprise. Hours: 8:00 – 4:30 - No travel/Occasional Overtime/no on call/weekends rare occasion but as needed. Required Technologies: • Data Analysis and Visualization Tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Splunk • Microsoft M365 suite Nice To Have: • Service Now / Azure Board experience • Demonstrated experience with software distribution tools such as SCCM, Intune, or BigFix, including oversight and management of deployment processes. • Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments, with a strong understanding of iterative development, continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), and cross-functional team collaboration. Day to Day: The Business Analyst will oversee and manage the workflow for End User Package, Deployment, and Remediation teams across all stages of solution development, testing, and deployment. Using data analysis and visualization tools alongside with ServiceNow and the Microsoft M365 suite, they will track progress, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency. The role includes maintaining accurate documentation, gathering and translating requirements, coordinating quality assurance efforts, and delivering clear, timely status updates to stakeholders. By leveraging these tools and practices, the Business Analyst ensures transparency, alignment with business objectives, and successful delivery of software products to our customers.
