On-Call Guest Services

This role provides on-call support for the daily operations of the market office. You’ll assist with administrative functions, guest services, and financial processes while helping ensure smooth operations across the market.

On-Call Scheduling:
This is an on-call position. Team members are contacted as needed to cover shifts, peak business days, or call-offs. While some shifts may be scheduled in advance, availability for short-notice coverage is important. This role does not guarantee a set number of hours per week.

Administrative Duties

• Provide support to upper management 
• Answer and manage multiple phone lines professionally 
• Communicate via phone and radio with staff and vendors 
• Assist with opening and closing office procedures 
• Deliver excellent customer service to guests, vendors, and team members 
• Maintain office supply inventory and order as needed 
• Troubleshoot and manage office equipment 
• Handle returned checks and vendor filing 
• Assist with reports, memos, data entry, and presentations 
• Complete general computer and clerical tasks 

Cash Management

• Assist with accounts payable/receivable 
• Support daily deposits and change orders 
• Balance safe and petty cash 
• Check banks in/out 
• Complete deposits on market days
