This position is responsible for the oversight of maintenance, site services and the safety regulations of the J&J Flea marketplace by performing the following duties:
- Performs repairs that do not require a specialized technician
- Basic knowledge of construction and plumbing
- Assist with upkeep of the Market.
- Provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service to our guests and vendors.
- Assist with project-related tasks and other duties assigned
The right candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Outstanding communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle requests efficiently and effectively.
- Solution-oriented with the ability to remain patient and empathetic.
- Strong work ethic.
- Must be dependable
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work FULL weekends.
- 2 yrs. of experience in Maintenance and or a related field
