Position Summary
As a Grounds Maintenance / Janitorial Team Member, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness, safety, and functionality of both indoor and outdoor areas of the property. This includes routine cleaning, basic maintenance, and supporting operational needs throughout the market.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general groundskeeping duties including trash removal, sweeping, and pressure washing
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, walkways, restrooms, and vendor spaces
- Assist with basic landscaping and upkeep of outdoor areas
- Perform minor maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks
- Set up and break down tables, tents, and equipment for vendors and events
- Monitor the property for safety hazards and address or report issues promptly
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial, maintenance, or cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, active environment
Requirements & Skills
- Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
