What are the responsibilities and job description for the Merchandising Clerk position at UNITED FASHIONS OF TEXAS, LLC?

Maintain reports as it relates to new order input, order maintenance, department and class maintenance, vendor maintenance and style card maintenance.

Imputing and executing buyer’s markdowns and transfers and forwarding the proper information to Marketing and IT for distribution to the stores.

Maintaining other areas such as department, classes, vendors and prices, both cost and retail. Coordinates will need regular maintenance along with colors, sizes, style ids, distribution codes, descriptions and seasons.

Maintain communication with Distribution Analyst Supervisor to determine workload and to be able to meet any given deadlines

Contribute to any other duties and responsibilities that may become helpful to maintain the department deadlines and goals.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months data entry experience
Minimum of 6 months experience in an office setting
