JOB TITLE: Finance Coordinator/Cashier
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Department: Front-Line Operations
Reports to: Front Line Manager, Assistant Manager and/or Supervisor on Duty

SUMMARY
Responsible for ensuring that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge, and processing transactions efficiently.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
- Greet all customers and sales professionals in a friendly manner
- Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge information, merchandise promotions, test merchandise and advertisements.
- Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash at POS registers.
- Qualify customers for various finance options for payment.
- Ensure to review all orders with customers to maintain accuracy.
- Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and practices including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
- Communicate Guest requests to management.
- All other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of basic financial terms
- Strong math skills with basic understanding of debits & credits
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Enjoy working with the public
- Must be organized and able to work in a fast-paced and occasionally high-stress environment
- Flexible schedule— must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to learn new programs and systems easily
- Collections experience a plus (but not required in this position)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
Requirements
MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Computer knowledge. The ability to type. High School Diploma or GED.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Most of the time is spent sitting, standing/walking or there is some requirement to lift or handle material or equipment of moderate weight up to 20 pounds with or without assistance.
