We are presently looking for a full time or part time Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant. The core responsibilities are project bookkeeping for multiple projects from start to finish. This includes everything from initial contract & insurance coordination to project payables/receivables and final waivers. Other duties will include general administrative work including marketing, legal, human resources and yearly audits.

Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping: Project insurance forms, payables, receivables, invoicing, time sheets, lien waivers, project start and close out documents
  • General Administrative Assistant: Assistance with contract review coordination, general office, marketing, human resources, insurance and accounting audits
  • Reception: Only as required

Requirements

  • B.A. or A.A. in Business or Accounting
  • Detail oriented with great written and verbal communication skills
  • QuickBooks (minimum). Higher level software experience a plus
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Must be able to work independently and with a team on projects
  • Local candidates only currently authorized to work in the United States
