What You'll Do
As a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality products while learning to operate industry-leading manufacturing equipment.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load raw materials into production machines.
- Monitor machine performance during production runs.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform basic machine adjustments and report equipment issues.
- Assist with machine setup and changeovers.
- Maintain accurate production records.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Follow all company safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is a plus—but not required.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math and measurement skills are helpful.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements
This is an active manufacturing position requiring the ability to:
- Stand and walk for 8–12 hour shifts.
- Frequently bend, reach, twist, and lift.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Push and pull materials as needed.
- Work around moving machinery while following all safety procedures.
