Entry-Level Press Operator – Carson, CA

Available Shifts:

• Day Shift: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Night Shift: 5:00 PM–5:00 AM

Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals for Entry-Level Press Operator positions at a manufacturing facility in Carson. Previous press operating experience is not required—training will be provided to candidates who are dependable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn. This is an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on manufacturing experience and grow within the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
• Load and unload materials from production equipment
• Monitor machinery and report any issues or malfunctions
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with additional production and warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be available to work 12-hour shifts
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance are required
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Steel-toe boots may be required
