Position Overview
The HR Coordinator supports daily HR operations, including onboarding, training, benefits support, performance management, internal communications, and employee engagement. This position ensures a consistent and positive employee experience across all departments—from the field to the office.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate the recruiting and onboarding process for new employees.
- Lead new hire orientation focused on company values, benefits, and policies.
- Organize and track company-wide HR and culture-based training programs.
- Support the performance review process and maintain accurate HR records.
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and HR-related questions.
- Develop and distribute internal communications such as newsletters and announcements.
- Plan and coordinate company events, celebrations, and recognition programs.
- Partner with managers and the HR team to strengthen culture, communication, and engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 2 years of HR or administrative experience (construction or manufacturing experience a plus).
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Experience with HR software (BambooHR or similar) preferred.
- A positive, approachable attitude and commitment to teamwork.
