- Clean and service guest rooms and suites to brand standards.
- Change bed linens and replenish towels and guest amenities.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust guest rooms and public areas.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces.
- Report maintenance issues and lost & found items.
- Ensure rooms are guest-ready and inspected before check-in.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and IHG brand standards.
- Provide friendly, professional service to every guest.
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
- Must be dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
