Responsibilities:
- Support: Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot computer and software issues.
- Hardware and Software Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve computer hardware and software problems.
- Workstation Setup: Set up and install workstations for new employees.
- Computer Literacy Training: Train staff on basic computer skills.
- Equipment Inspection: Perform routine inspections of computer equipment.
- Software Updates: Keep computer software and operating systems up to date.
Qualifications:
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of computer hardware and software. SQL experience is a big plus. Experience in Microsoft Entra, Intune, and Azure are required.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accurate setup and configuration of workstations.
- Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
