Job Title: Entry-Level R&D Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level R&D Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to support research and development activities within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device environments.
The ideal candidate will assist with product development, testing, documentation, and engineering support activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support research and development projects for new products and processes
- Assist with product testing, data collection, and analysis activities
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and engineering records
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Regulatory teams
- Support prototype development and product improvement initiatives
- Assist with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and process optimization activities
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and company quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Chemical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
- 1–2 years of experience in R&D, engineering, or product development
- Basic understanding of product development and engineering principles
- Familiarity with regulated environments such as pharmaceutical or medical devices is a plus
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with laboratory testing or prototype development
- Knowledge of engineering documentation and technical reporting
- Familiarity with validation, quality systems, or regulatory compliance
- Exposure to CAD tools or data analysis software is a plus
Experience Required
- 1–2 years of relevant R&D or engineering experience in regulated industries
