What You’ll Do
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics for multiple construction projects, ensuring timely delivery of all materials and equipment.
- Maintain and update inventory and delivery schedules, using both digital and manual tracking systems.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, project managers, and field crews to coordinate resources and resolve issues.
- Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions to prevent delays or cost overruns.
- Support project managers with documentation, reporting, and process improvements.
- Enforce UCG’s standards for safety, quality, and accountability in all logistics activities.
- Be a visible, reliable presence on-site every day, modeling a “no excuses” attitude and a commitment to team success.
Who You Are
- A motivated self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow in the construction industry.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- A strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
- Local to Oahu, with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required).
- Able to work on-site, Monday–Friday, with flexibility for occasional early starts or late finishes as projects demand.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- No prior construction logistics experience required—just intelligence, drive, and a willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in construction, logistics, or supply chain is a plus, but not required.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay: $20–$30/hr, depending on experience and performance.
- Performance Bonuses: Substantial bonus potential for meeting/exceeding project delivery, organization, and efficiency goals—top performers can reach $100k/year.
