• Coordinate all logistics for multiple construction projects, from material procurement and deliveries to equipment scheduling and site readiness.
• Track and manage inventory, ensuring the right materials are on-site before they’re needed to prevent delays.
• Communicate daily with suppliers, subcontractors, project managers, and field teams to keep everyone aligned and informed.
• Anticipate and resolve issues before they impact project timelines or budgets—proactive problem-solving is essential.
• Maintain detailed records of deliveries, schedules, and inventory using digital tools and checklists.
• Support the project team with documentation, reporting, and process improvements.
• Uphold UCG’s standards for safety, organization, and quality in every aspect of logistics.
• Foster a culture of accountability—no excuses, just solutions.

Who Should Apply?

• Entry-level candidates: If you’re driven, organized, and eager to learn, we’ll train you. You don’t need extensive construction experience—just a sharp mind, a strong work ethic, and the willingness to show up every day ready to make a difference.
• Experienced logistics coordinators: If you already know construction logistics, material management, or supply chain, you’ll hit the ground running and have room to advance fast.
• Local candidates only: You must live on Oahu, be able to work on-site (no remote), and have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in construction, logistics, or business a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proactive, resourceful, and committed to problem-solving.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
• Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm (exact hours may vary by project).
• Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.

Compensation & Growth

• Starting Pay: $20–$30/hr, based on experience and skill set.
• Bonuses: Significant performance-based bonuses available; top performers can earn up to $100k/year.
