- Coordinate all logistics for multiple construction projects, from material procurement and deliveries to equipment scheduling and site readiness.
- Track and manage inventory, ensuring the right materials are on-site before they’re needed to prevent delays.
- Communicate daily with suppliers, subcontractors, project managers, and field teams to keep everyone aligned and informed.
- Anticipate and resolve issues before they impact project timelines or budgets—proactive problem-solving is essential.
- Maintain detailed records of deliveries, schedules, and inventory using digital tools and checklists.
- Support the project team with documentation, reporting, and process improvements.
- Uphold UCG’s standards for safety, organization, and quality in every aspect of logistics.

- Local candidates only: You must live on Oahu, be able to work on-site (no remote), and have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in construction, logistics, or business a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proactive, resourceful, and committed to problem-solving.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
- Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm (exact hours may vary by project).
- Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
Compensation & Growth
- Starting Pay: $20–$30/hr, based on experience and skill set.
- Bonuses: Significant performance-based bonuses available; top performers can earn up to $100k/year.
