Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site position located in Troy, MI. As a Property Management Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting property management operations by performing administrative tasks, assisting the client support team , and providing excellent customer service. You will collaborate with team members, assist in resolving inquiries, organize site and office records, and ensure property-related documentation is up to date and accurate. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining efficient daily operations within the property management team.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively coordinate with tenants and address inquiries
- Experience or knowledge in property management and lease administration processes
- Proficiency in administrative assistance, including organization, record-keeping, and task management
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
- Proficiency with office software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, email management systems, or property management software
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or property management certification is a plus
