Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Appfolio for bookkeeping tasks.
  • Handle clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, organizing files, and managing correspondence to ensure information is accessible and up-to-date.
  • Assist with office management tasks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries professionally both in person and over the phone.
  • Support administrative projects such as preparing reports, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with office procedures.
  • Coordinate with team members to streamline workflow processes and improve overall office efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while supporting various departments with administrative needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an office environment or administrative role is preferred; strong clerical experience is a plus.
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and basic data entry skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail; ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
  • Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Personal assistant or office management experience is advantageous for supporting executive needs.
  • Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines; familiarity with proofreading documents is helpful.
