Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood development and learning.
- Manage classroom activities and maintain a safe, nurturing environment for infants and toddlers.
- Assess and document children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children's development and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and support special education initiatives as needed.
