RSVP Project Director

INCA Community Services is seeking a motivated and community driven RSVP Project Director to lead and grow our AmeriCorps RSVP program across nine counties in Southern Oklahoma.

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for coordinating all activities related to the RSVP project while building strong relationships with community partners, volunteer stations, and dedicated RSVP volunteers. The Project Director plays a key role in connecting volunteers with meaningful service opportunities that strengthen local communities and improve lives.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, and passionate about community engagement and volunteerism. This position serves as the Program Coordinator for Atoka, Carter, Coal, Garvin, Johnston, Love, Marshall, Murray, and Pontotoc counties and will work closely with local organizations to ensure program goals and objectives are successfully achieved.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating daily operations of the RSVP program
• Recruiting, supporting, and engaging volunteers
• Building and maintaining partnerships with community organizations and volunteer stations
• Planning and facilitating program activities and outreach efforts
• Monitoring program performance and assisting with reporting requirements
• Promoting the mission and impact of RSVP throughout the service area
